WNEP Theater presents the eighth annual SKALD Storytelling Fest!
Tonight - FREE Fanatastic panel of folks who's path intersect with modern day storytelling. A rousing roundtable disccusion hosted by Patrick Brennan, with: Marc Smith, Joanne Archibald, Judith Heineman, Adam Belcuore, Halena Kays, Dionna Griffin-Irons and Jonathan Messinger.
Thursday - KIDSKALD! WNEP worked with twelve 5th, 6th and 7th graders from Jose De Diego Community Academy. These novice storytellers give us an earful. Tickets $10.
Friday - MAELSTROM! Six storytellers spin yarns while the clock ticks down from three minutes...two minutes...one minute! It's as high-wire as storytelling gets! Tickets $15
Saturday - SKALD 8! Ten folks compete for the title of Supreme SKALD. The whole week's one big build-up to this night. I'm competing in this event. Holla Tickets $25
